“The facility is dated and tired. When trying to add Bonvoy number to my reservation over the phone with the front desk, I was on hold for an extended time and finally gave up and hung up. Not worth the cost. On a good note, sheets were soft and great pillows.”

“We loved our stay at this super cute hotel! Check in procedures were easy to follow and staff was easily accessible by text when we ran into a slight problem with our access code. Problem solved quickly! Our only negative was that the rooms do not have much weather stripping around the door and this made the sounds from the street very loud. Other than that, our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again!”

“I cancelled reservations right after I booked the room because the property where I was said they had a vacancy. Canceled on Expedia app. Why am I charged for a room I canceled immediately and also disputed on Expedia’s app. Love Expedia. Don’t like that they will not refund.”
